My wife was admitted in Sen Hospital Agra on 13/01/2019 and delivery done on the same day. There was some anal problem which Hospital didn't tell us. Next day When my mother examined the baby then we come to know about baby's anal problem. Immediately we took our baby and admitted and operated in another Hospital. My wife was discharged from Sen Hospital on 15/01/2019.
Due to seriousness of our baby, we couldn't take bills on that particular day. Now I when we approached the Hospital for our Bills, They are not providing the Bills to us and Whole staff including Dr. Akla Sen misbehaving and arguing with us.
