Reimbursement of replaced parts of DAIKIN-AC (POLICY NO. EWE EW-382218)

I purchased 1.5 ton daikin AC on 29-05-2014 vide invoice No. KH/SA/1415/01331. Model NO. FTC50PRV16 and Indoor sl no. 27593000382365 and outdoor sl. no. 2763330033250. On 30.01.2016, I E-mailed DAIKIN COMPANY that The horizontal blade (flap) of AC machine was not working properly and a whistle sound was always heard while machine was working.
Service Engineers from DAIKIN SERVICING COMPANY inspected the machine and concluded that whistle sound was coming due to broken horizontal blades of IDU Blower. One side of the horizontal blade (flap) was broken. So it was not working properly.
On 06/02/2016 service man from DAIKIN SERVICING COMPANY replaced the defective parts and gave completion certificate . The replaced defective parts are kept for inspection.
Bajaj Allianz extended warranty No. EW 382218 for above mentioned DAIKIN 1.5 TON A/C Machine, which is insured by Bajaj Allianz company upto April’ 2017.
on 11th Febeuary’2016 I submitted all documents to BAJAJ/ALLIANZ personnel at Kamarhati GREAT EASTER APPLIANCES PVT. LTD KOLKATA.But till date I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.
NO steps have been taken for reimbursement of replaced defective parts as per invoice no. FM/MIS/005 dated 06/02/16.
I wish to point out that I am a central Govt. officer and I AW AWARE ABOUT RULES AND REGULATIONS. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
