Commercial plot allotted on incorrect rate during E-auction

I have participated in E-auction of UIT kota on 29 nov 2018. I have bid against auction id- 130551 for shop no 7 infront of LBS school. during the bid, online portal got some delay so the bidding amount entered incorrectly. Instead of 8950, the incorrect amount entered in portal as 88950 sqr/ft. Have tried to correct during the bidding but it was not accepted. I have already informed to uit kota and auction handling agency ABC procure for the same. Now uit has issued the allotment letter based on incorrect amount else they will seized my emd payment of 200000.
I have requested to cancel the auction or allot it on some feasible rate of the same area.
