Recieved damaged via online purchase by paying the full amount in advance amazon India

I vivek.V.J did a online purchase of Artis 600VA Interactive Line UPS, order number 171-7692636-5785015 dated 29thmay 2016 with amazon India for rs. 2070. On 4th june 2016 I have receieved a damaged product. After filing many complaints with the Amazon India there is no proper reply from the amazon's side. And on 4th july I got the reply that my claim is denied. That is I made online payment for the damaged item in advance for Rs. 2070 and now I have no choice to get replaced the product or refund of my money.
