Non resolution of Complaint against Croma store

Dear Team,
I had purchased Samsung 1 ton split AC on 28/03/2015 - Bill No - SLF02A002080107493 and had extended warranty service availed from Croma. I had registered a complaint with Croma for non working of my AC on May 13, 2016 - SR13051600060. Another compliant was been lodged with Croma extension warranty desk on May 14, 2016 - 2013712.
The engineer visited my place on May 16, 2016 and said that the gas is leaked in the AC. Till date there has been no resolution to my compliant. Further the engineer has taken my AC with him on May 19, 2016 to resolve the issue of Gas Leakage.
I have called 18 times to Croma extension helpdesk but they always say that their server is down and they do not give a favourable response. On calling further to Croma helpdesk they have redirected me to Sai Enterprises - Authorised Service Center of Croma. I spoke to Mr. Sachin of Sai Enterprises and he informed that the estimate for the service issues of AC needs to be approved from Croma extension warranty helpdesk. I have been made to call everyone but there is no response. Now Sai Entrprises is not picking up the calls too.
Today i received a call from Fatima from Croma. She informed me that the maximum time for resolution of the complaint is 3 working days. Why my complaint has not been resolved till date. And what is the guarantee that the parts of my AC will not be changed by Sai Enterprise. Believe so much time is been taken to replace my original parts with default parts. Otherwise filling of Gas in AC should not take more than 2 days.
Further there is absolutely no communication from Croma.
