Hi, I placed an order online at Joybox.com and paid through my Debit Card. My account was debited and I received a no-reply confirmation email from the company. The next morning, I received a call from an unknown number that I could not take. This contact number claims to be an employee of Joybox.com and has texted me on WhatsApp saying the product I ordered is not available and instead there are similar products I can purchase, of which he has sent me pictures. How am I supposed to go about it and can you please inform me on what grounds I can sue them because this is clearly a breach of my consumer rights and privacy. I have the said mails and text messages from both the company and my bank saved.
