Documents and cheque not returned, Personal banker from HdFc has assigned Staff name Salman

Personal banker from HdFc has assigned Staff name Salman to collect documents for purpose of home loan transfer.After verfiying with me about the property the staff collected the documents and cheque.Later I was informed that loan can't be processed
But Mr Salman is returning my documents and cheque and on top of that he is asking to trust him and sending Wassup messages where is informing that my documents are safe with him.
His reporting manager Mr Ravi Shankar from HDFc bank is also least bothered I have marked him mail thrice but not even once he has replied me on the status of my document
For my own house document and cheque I m been begging from last eight days
This is a mental torchure what this HDFc bank employee give to their customers
