Builder Maintenance company bullying home buyers for incorrect electricity bill with no clarificatio

The maintenance company(Lotus maintenance Service Pvt. Lid.) has been raising incorrect electricity bills and despite the regular requests by residents, the same has not been rectified and now we are being threatened for services being hampered - which is our basic right. Also they are not bothered to put the digitized meters which will show the correct readings. Also- the electricity connection that they have connected us with, comes under Rural area; however the bill rate that is being charged is at Urban rate and that too without slabs. they are raising bills at the highest slab at a flat rate for all units consumed as per faulty meter. this is leading to harassment.
