Dear Sir/Madam,

I order a Samsung Guru Music 2-Dual Sim mobile from mobdealz.com & my order no. is 1468 dt. 26.10.2018. I received this order on dt. 02.11.2018 on cash on delivery basis. When i open the box i find that the mobile is defective, like dummy. Same day i call on customer care no. 09999589157 then they give me address & told me that you can send this product through courier at your cost. Now i send this product through courier, but now no body pick my phone regarding this. So please help me.
