Sir,
I am surprised when see your reply, in which you are telling that exchange in 15 days, without used products & 3 months warranty for repairs.
I had purchased a leather chapel & payment of Rs.1650/- done by card.
I asked 2-3 times to the sales man about genuine leather product. He assured me that this product came yesterday & very good quality & good leather quality also, told for this chapel.I went 3-4 times to metro shop but 3 times found shop closed & one's the person told that concern person is not available at this time.
Every time I went after calling & this problem starts in second month i.e. 1st week of June.
I am your customer from more than last 20 years, when your showroom in Jayanti Market JAIPUR.
I am shocked, when I received your baseless reply.
Waiting your reply then after I think for next step.

Please note, our business policy on the Invoice states: “Exchange within 15 Days for unused pair with price tag” and “Three months warranty for pasting and stitching”. As per your trailing email, the below mentioned footwear has been purchased on 23.4.2016 which is over the warranty period.
However, as a gesture to delight our guest, we shall conduct the repair service on your pair. Hence, you are requested to kindly deposit the footwear at the nearest Metro showroom along with a copy of the invoice or bank statement. Also take an email copy for a reference. Your pair will be send to our Support office for the after sales service. Please share with us the repair memo no., post depositing it.

We are purchasing 15 years, when your showroom is in Jayanti Market & don't know anyone that what is Metro.
I am sending Images of your damaged product.
I also try 2-3 times at your showroom but some times due to late, & when reached store closed & once the competent person not at there.
