HDFC Bank has unethical Transfered fund from Saving account

I am using HDFC credit card from 2005 it never happen in last 10 years that either I have defaulted or even not paid the full amount in any single month. Last year HDFC has send a membership fee credit card which I got to know at the time of renewal and I requested to cancel the card as I don't want to hold credit card which attracts yearly membership fee. I have paid all the due which I have used however bank is sending me credit card bill every month which have membership fee and late payment charges getting added every month. This is going on last 7 month and there is no solution of email or connecting with customer care. Now HDFC has taken one step further and unethically without any information 1st they blocked 7500 Rs in my saving account and today they have transfer the same in credit card account and settle the payment. Now they have taken out money from my saving account and also blocked the credit card.
If any details needed I will be more then happy to share my story with larger group so everyone can get to know the unethical practices by these big brands.
