Purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO from Eureka Forbes on 28th May (order ID - 0998035315, customer ID - 8000088443)
Installation happened on 30th May
Device not working since installation
Repeated complaints and follow up did not help. A technician (name - Vincent) came but could not resolve the issue. So we raised a refund request (Req ID – 95645680). There is a 30 day money back guarantee (no questions asked) which Eureka Forbes provide on their site.
Have been following up ever since but there is no one to respond to our query. Have written to customer service, Ms Anu Kotian as well as Ms Vinath Hegde but no response. Would need a resolution for my misery.
