I have taken the membership by paying my hard earned money worth Rs.45,000 in May-19. Since the time I have taken membership, firstly their response time to entertain the membership has always been very long. Have to chased them badly for getting booking done. Secondly, the options they have provided are very bad completely different from what they have promised while selling the membership. Multiple times have to cancel my plan and thus not booked. Finally after lots of follow up I have booked in for trip to Kerala in Sep-19. Due to their slow response time my plan was abou to get cancelled still got managed somehow. One of the hotel was very pathetic with rooms stinking. Have raised telephonic complaint for it and was promised it will not happen in future. Also, had to pay additional amount for stay in Sterling hotel which they told was as per T&C however it was kept hidden at the time of selling membership. Again, after lot of hardships booked hotel in Dec-19, as again the response time was very long. Again had to pay additional amount for the service. Attached one mail as not able to attach another due to size. Now I want to get the booking done in this month and wrote mail to which the reply has come that they are closed due to Covid-19. However not told till what time they will be closed. During the unlock almost everything is open even I am working then dont know why they are closed. Sending reminders on mail on daily basis to which they are not responding. I have paid my hard earned money and now want to get refund as I dont know if they can provide any service. Please help.
