Non-refund of money, I purchased a green and blue striped sweater from www.myntra.com

I purchased a green and blue striped sweater from www.myntra.com on 5/12/2018. I received a black sweater instead on 10/12/2018, which was a wrong product. I raised a return request on the website of Myntra stating clearly that they had delivered a wrong product. On 12/12/2018 at 2:31 PM the black sweater was picked up by Myntra agent Raju(phone-8560811155). At 4:39 PM I received an email from Myntra that my return request has been declined. Since then I have been contacting the customer service of Myntra regarding this. They have been telling me that they will try and resolve this issue within 48 hours of the call. But for the past 8 days they have not resolved anything. Please register my complaint against them for misleading me, and harassment.
