I bought VIM model mixer grinder on 31st march through amazon. on 4th July morning while start using the mixer the fire spark get started. i try get through customer service, as the told there is no option for on site warranty, I have bring to service center. on 12 July 23, I handed over the Mixer, they told motor got problem will take 2 -3 days. after 10 days follow up finally they handed over the mixer. when brought to home, started using after 30 seconds, again problems started when I called service center they told me , technician will come and check. after the service center person stopped attending the calls. no direction as of now.
