I have purchased a luminous home inverter from Amazon last year. This has a 2 year warranty. It is not working from 23rd October 2020. I registered complaint number 40103 17605. So far 2 people have called up and mentioned that somebody would come to check on the inverter but nobody has come yet. I even called customer care today and mentioned the same. They give two phone numbers both of which rings continuously or are engaged. 9382550085, 9952779155.

This is absolutely pathetic service by a well known company. I believe I will go in for a new inverter with another company. Luminous brand of inverters should be avoided by all.
