Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased LG washing machine in May-17 and problems have been started in next two months.

My valuable clothes started torn out and I have complained 10 times through mail and call to customer care. LG technician came every time with different reasons of clothes torn and suggest different solutions. i.e. change drum, set belt of drum... and but still my problems not solved.

Last month in June senior technician was came and checked the machine again and also took photos of my damaged clothes. He told me that I will discuss with my seneior and he will will inform you .

But after one month still I didn't get any response from local service team although I have regularly sent reminder to them though mail. I have also called customer care for the same and they took me.saurabh Agarwal on line. He stated that our Gurgaon team will revert u but still not getting any revert.

After so many complaints and reminders there are not any response from LG india and service center. Even their customer care is also help less.
