dear team,

i was purchase Symphony air cooler from flipcart , after some problem in cooler i was generate request for return but after generate return request i was getting massage from flipcart that our technician visit at your home, but again next day technician not come at home and without visit he was updated wrong info in flipcart to product is ok and return is rejected.
after i lodge complain in flipcart on 1st july-2018 , but till date i can't get any solution for that and every day flipcart give new date for resolution ..

so plz help..

    i have received product in broken seal courier, and also without price tag, had a call with customer care team but they don't given any satisfactory response, and only one sentence said repeatedly that without price tag they can not take return, i have also mailed photos with detail that i have received courier with broken seal, but they are not ready to take return of the product.
