Fungus in food product, I purchased Amul Masti dahi 400 gram pack from Spencer's retail store

I purchased Amul Masti dahi 400 gram pack from Spencer's retail store on 4th June at 10:14 pm. Manufacturing date was 26th may and best before was 15 days from manufacturing date. We have put this into refrigerator immediately after reaching home within 25 minutes. On 6th June at morning 11 am when we opened it, we found a green algae or fungus residing on top of it.
We kept it as it is again in the refrigerator. I tried calling customer care number more than 5 times and it got connected Everytime to IVR but no one was responsive from Amuls end.
Then I called complaint department of amul directly and they took my request and have then assigned it to some sales manager called Arvind who has started following up with me.He was not ready to understand and bring the releavnt person on the call.
