I ordered phone from flipkart. It delivered with its delivery partner Ekart. They requestedthe online money transfer to PhonePe so i did it from the link ekart send me. The money deducted from my account but the ekart did not receive the money so they refuse to give me the phone i ordered so my ordered return. I complained (3 days passed) on phonepe regarding issue of money deduction. They are asking me to give them UTR. I go to my bank and got ItR and send them though they are asking again for same again to give them UTR number.
