Issue with club mahindra cheating and rude behavior

Sir,
i am member of club mahindra resort.my membership no. is 2748747.we are having issues regarding services and behavior of club mahindra's executives. we have complaint agaianst them in indian consumer forum also on 25 aug 2017. also we have wrote to club mahindras id that is memberrelations @clubmahindra.com..........their executives talk v rudely with us...while giving us memebership they promised us to give us points and holiday nights but they didnt do any such things afterwards.we told them we dont want your membership dont deduct our installment amount still they deducted amount from our account. even they dont pick our calls and when they receive they say i am busy calll me later....through mail we informed them and they replied that they will resolve the issue within 2 days but even after so many days this issue goes on.i want consumer court to help us for the same
