Money Not Transferred Rs 2000 to another phone number through Paytm account

Hi,
On 25th Dec 2016, i had transferred Rs 2000 to another phone number through Paytm account.But the money has not been received till now and its more than a month now.
I am again and again trying to contact them,raised complaint many times,every time they replies that money will be received within 48 hours but the money is not received.
I am frustrated with such a company,they can do such things to many of others too and can do mischief.I want my compensation against the money that they are not transferring.Please support.
