My idea number 7096882882 is registered on the name of gyaneshwa Singh , DOB- 05/12/1960. I have paid my due bill on 06/21/17 and changed my plan to 700 approx for a year. I had called customer care and changed my plan on 06/21/17 . Now today when I called customer care executive regarding no Network on my phone..He told that you have due of approx 1700..when I already changed my plan to 700 approx for year then how bill can come of 1700, this is really irritating. I am attaching screenshot as a proof that I had called customer care executive and changed my plan.customer care can also check their call recording details that I had called and changed my plan.I called customer care on 198 by another idea number that is 7046888288 on 21/06/17 nearby 1:12 Pm.I had mailed customer care many times but no positive response from there side. They also sent notice regarding bill payment of 1800 approx..please help. I have not done any single call from that number.

    i had recharged unlimited pack of 28 days on 7440818424 on 15 December 2017 and it ends on 5 January 2018. it ends before ending date and on 198 and 12345 when I want to contact customer care executive it says this service is not available on your number.so please look into the matter
