I had bought one mobile from Amazon against exchange of old mobile but unfortunately that mobile doesn't suite me so returned it in this case as per Amazon policy amount refunded to my credit card account and formy old mobile amount they had transferred the same into my Amazon pay balance as per policy. But before executing the same transaction I had already requested to their team that please don't transfer such amount to Amazon pay balance and transfer the said amount to my bank account and they had confirmed me on writing through email that they will do it. And now totally transaction done but they are denied to transfer amazon pay balance to my account.
Because of their falae commitment I had facing two many issues and not able to utilise the money. It suffer a lot when badely needed time amount can't be utilised.
