HISTORY OF COMPLAINTS
With regard to the Service complaint made for Air Conditioner Unit AR24FC2TAVR
and the details are listed below:-
On 11/02/2020 Service Techinican cam and informed me there is problem with the compressor and it
has to be replaced.
Others complaints made since the date of Purchase
12/10/2013. - Its complaint on Non Performance- Attended.on 13/10/2013 and immediately send mail
performance not good to reattend.Some cleaning and
filters washed. Performance not satisfactory.
24/02/2014- Complaints on Non performance lodged and refrigerant gas recharged and for some time
performance ok and problems reoccur.
26/04/2016 - Complaints on Non-Performance lodged and technicians made visit ad performance not
satisfactory and yr people not commented.
01/05/2016 - Complaints made and service person made visits during my absence and hence not
attended.
01/04/2019- Repeated complaints on Non Performance made and Yr office said the Fins to be replaced
and cost is Rs.4800 and Labour charges waived off.
I have not used the Air conditioner after your replacement other than demonstration.
During Feb 2020 I have switched on the AC and some blast sound came from the Airconditioner and I
have requested my Electrician to look in to the all power lines leading to the room and no abnormalities
found.
On 08/02/2020 your technician came and attended and said capacitor has gone bad and will replace the
capacitor and check again
On 11/02/2020 they changed the Capacitor and then checked and informed me there is the problem
with the Compressor.
As compressor being the major part of the Air conditioner which I felt there is the problem since
installation which has been repeatedly informed which completely affects the performance. During the
last 6 Years from billing hardly it has been used for cumulative 100 Hours and from the installation
compressor has been the issue.
Your technician only dragged on till the warranty thus by ensuring the denial of replacement indirectly.
My humble submission and plea sir Please make the unit workable to the satisfaction and this deserves
replacement with the new one as significant defects notified since installation.
