Missing Consignment by DTDC Courier

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is bring to your kind notice that, I did a courier new mobile phone vivo Y51L having some minor defect (DOA) on 03-Mar-16 to the address Mr. Harmanjit Singh, vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd., 3rd Flr., Delta Tower, Plot No. 54, Sector-44, Gurgaon, Haryana-122003, Contact-8376098329 on behalf of my company through DTDC COURIER & CARGO LTD., A/102, SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR-751007, Mob: 9437678301, 9090952205, As I communicated by courier agent it will be delivered within 3-4 days. I have tracked it after 7 days of courier through its Consignment it was in Prepared status, when I called up the courier agent where I did courier, they told it will be delivered soon. I told them please do it on urgent as it was very important for our Head Office, they need to do some kind of inspection and They are calling me again and again to me for the consignment. Courier agent told don't worry Sir it will be delivered soon.
Again after 10-15 days of this courier I got a call from Head Office that they have not yet received the courier and for this they will escalate the thing to my state GM, besides I shared the details of courier to HO, still they didn't listen to me as it was very important to them.
My GM spoke to me I explained all the story, that I am following with courier agent it will delivered soon, He instructed do it as soon as it need by company urgently else it will considered as carelessness of our state.
Same was followed up with Sahid Nagar DTDC courier, they told it was escalated to Branch office DTDC Kharvel Nagar Bhubaneswar. So after that I started following up with DTDC branch office, Every time they use to tell it will , we are tracking will update you. But no one use to call me back, every time I have to follow. After following the things Branch office called me and told me that the courier is missed somewhere and you might get Compensation in amount of this product. Also they asked me the amount the product I have updated them Rs. 11980.00. But doing several mailing and asking me several questions for the same. Last 5 days before I got call from Sahid Nagar DTDC courier that it will not be claimed. When I asked them that I have courier things and I paid for the charges what will happen for that, they replied nothing, we are not going to compensate you as it was not approved.

Because of this case I am suffering a lot. My GM hold my Annual Appraisal, My monthly reimbursement on hold. They were holding up my salary, somehow I requested that my family will suffer due to not payment of salary, so they release it. Still my appraisal is on hold with 2 month reimbursement.

I am mentally harassed by this matter and personal and professional life was very much effected.

Now the courier company is denying to compensate the amount it may effect on my job and carrier as well.

Please do the needful to compensate the product cost and other things.
