Garment bought was altered in wrong size and I was refused replacement of the same item. I was then asked to choose a different item and had to pay an extra amount and visit the outlet again. They made me waste 2 hours of my time looking for another item and I had to pay extra for no fault of mine. No compensation offered despite several requests. Mental harassment, extra payment and travel expenses incurred. Store was of no help and were adamant about their helpless situation.
