Complain against MAKEMYTRIP for online hotel booking

I recently visited Palamapur, HP with my husband and had booked "Seclude Palampur" for my two days(14th April - 16th, April) stay out there. Seclude Palampur is actually homestay with only 4 rooms. I booked for the Yellow room on the first day and for Red room on the second day, as the yellow room was not available for two days. My booking ID for Red Room is NH7106220997668. I received confirmation SMS from MMT, as well as got a confirmation call from Seclude team on 13th. Please note that I have booked the hotel on 7th April itself.
Now, after reaching Palampur, I get notified during dinner that I have to check out next day as the entire hotel is booked by someone else.The staff do not have any information regarding any booking prior 1 day and that they were informed about the entire hotel booking just that day only. When I called the MMT customer care, they confirmed the booking and assured me a call back within an hour, which I did not receive. Now, when the entire holiday mood has already gone off, my wife received another whatsapp message from "Seclude". As per them, Seclude team has informed MMT guys about the problem with our booking and the MMT guys have asked the Seclude team to not to disclose anything to us prior that day. They also whatsapped the phone details of the MMT managers - Rajat Vij and Gopal Tiwari, and aksed us to confirm from them. When I called Rajat, he picked up the phone and asked me to share my booking ID, which I did, and told that he will call me back within 15 minutes, which again, never came. Gopal was not even picking up my call. Now, my entire holiday time of the night is lost arguing with Seclude guys, and I was prepared to call the cops next day morning.
The next morning during breakfast, I was told by the Seclude guys of Palampur, that I have to check out and they have arranged my stay at another local homestay-Sai gardens I guess. I refused that offer and suddenly, I was given the phone to talk to the delhi seclude owner(i guess), and as per her, it was also MMT fault and they can only help us in shifting another hotel-Sai garden, which is a way cheaper than Seclude. This is the situation at morning 10:00 AM. Now after that, at 11:00 AM I received a call from MMT saying that the booking for that day was actually not confirmed. The guy started bargaining with me for another hotels near buy, and after wasting 1 hour of my time, he finally agreed to give me a room at Taragarh Palace. For the breakfast deal also, I have to literally bargain with the guy, as my initial bookings included breakfast. Finally, after my travelling plans for the entire day got wasted, I got an email regarding the booking at taragarh palace. And then at around 1:00 afternoon, I have to pack my bags, and travel to taragarh, which included a travelling cost of 600 Rs/-, that was supposed to be paid by the Seclude guys, but they were not informed about that and so I paid it myself. Also, Taragarh Palace, being in the middle of jungle, we had to dine out at Taragarh's overpriced restaurant only, that cost us an extra 900/-.
This issue wasted my entire second day of the trip , and also ruined my 1st day holiday mood. People book hotels in advance, just to avoid such kind of last minute chaos situation and thanks to you guys, I was forced into a chaos on my planned holiday. Also, from our experience it seems MMT puts fake rooms on their website.
