Charging for part and Services under Guarantee terms

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to organization Commander Watertech Pvt. Ltd. (www.commanderwatertech.com ) which deals Flush Tank we have purchased Pneumatic flush tank in June 2010 which comes under 7 years Guarantee but when we lodge complain about the product with complain Number 16193 they suggested that visit would be on chargeable basis even if product is under Guarantee terms which we agreed as we dint have any option left once engineer visited the site he told us that replacement of part is required with would be charge @ 750/- even though it is under Guarantee with all bills of the product available with us when escalated there customer care suggested that Guarantee as per there policy mean company would provide service of there product for 7 years but all would be chargeable basis which we have to pay. Request your support as this is clear cheating from the organization although amount would small but they are doing this all there customer. Also would like to highlight they don't have any customer care number and the number which are published on there site are wrong have to call there distributor the number also no grievance redressal process for the consumer.
