Qualtity Consumer Complaint against LG 1 ton split AC repair and cheap quality goods

I had purchased LG 1 ton split ac from Croma, Bandra in June 2014. After 1 year AC started giving problems. I had purchased Croma extended warranty during the purchase of AC.

Now in month of April 2016 a moth back I started facing cooling issue. So I called up Croma service care and logged acomplaint. Now the technician representing LG came from Sai Service , Chichpokli Mumbai in April 2016.He took the AC to the workshop of Sai service and did some brazing on indoor unit coil. And filled the gas and installed the AC back.

In a weeks time around first week of May I started facing cooling issue again and the AC motor was making loud noise. So I again logged the complaint and this time technician replaced the motor (btw before going to workshop the motor did not have any issues.). The technician said while cleaning water must have gone inside. He refilled the gas and left.


Now in second week of May 2016 again the cooling disappeared. So after the same process of croma complaint the technician came and said gas leakeage issue. He took both indoor and outdoor unit to workshop. Now after several follow ups the replaced cools in both indoor and outdoor units. So finally after 10 days of wait on 25th May 2016 they got the units back and installed them again.


Now after one day of functioning on 26th May 2016 I am again facing cooling issue. There is absolutely no cooling.

Inspite of several attemps the technicain from LG are not capable enough to resolve the issue. Poor customer like me are trapped with such thugs who try to play with customers hard warned money, time and patience. They are doing patch work to pass time and so that the croma extended warranty expires.

Croma warranty is useless and inspite of spending such a lot of money I am not getting the right service in such hot summers. I am without AC as it is all the time in workshop rather than home. They replace all the parts with non genuine ones one by one. I want this to be escalated till the CEO and make people aware about this Tatas fraud company Croma and sai service center manager Mr. Mathews.

I need compensation for the harassment I have gone thru for 15 days and still the AC problem is not resolved.

    I had filed a complaint against HP desktop in September 2015. Total 9 engineer visited to my house. Worked on it for 4-5hours. Twice they took it to service center. But it had the same issue still. I told them to replace and give new PC as it is in warranty period. But no response from them. Please help me. Do the needful. Thank you.
