I was brought a unicorn bike from Honda Motor Cycle dealer Aluva - Kerala in august 2016, done 4 free services as they suggested.
I had missed ( Nove: 2017 )to do there 5th one there that was paid one. In the time of 6th Service on ( 2018 May 5 ) I mentioned the complaint of oil leakage . Service Supervicer Commited to check thoroughly . At the evening they called me and Said that the Engine Shows some issues and will take time & money ,l replied to do Complete the work and raised My assertion of Warranty be Couse the Vehicle aged only 20 months
2 days after they called me to get back the bike.
When I reached at Arya bhangi Aluva , they gave me a bill of Rs 4435.
since vehicle is under 2 year Warrenty period it is need to pay only Rs 1056 ( that was spare cost which are as Per my request ).
on My argument they said they can't give Waranty be cause of missing of 5th paid service.
I had raised grievance before their top officials like service Manager Syam (9249455578 ) Deputy Gen: Manager Toji (9249455514 ) but result was despair.
As per their talk I need to service in every 3 months unless the complaint will repeat - they are not responsible.
I am a common Man , I cant afford such expence in future.
So I want Justice on this issue.
1) If it is a manufactural defect, they have to recall the vehicle.
2) Unless they take the responsibility Up to 4 year at least.
3) They have to refund the May 13's Payment of 3319 Which is the cost of work (Under Warenty period ( 4435- 1086 = 3319 )
Please give me Justice.
