Dear Sir/Madam,



Greetings From SR Global Services!!



We are writing this mail to you on our existing services given by JUSTDIAL with registered account # 9666145557 (SR GLOBAL SERVICE).

JUST DAIL representative MR. Wilson Joseph.



As we are running this service since January 2023 to up to date, we haven't received a single genuine leads from JUST DAIL. For more leads we requested Mr. Wilson Joseph to upgrade our account with the PLATINUM package and he explained to us that we will receive at least 50 to 60 leads per day. We expected the same and proceeded for the payment from May 2023, from May 2023 our profile name changed to MS LAKSHMI and the same was updated with Mr Wilson Joseph. He took at least 15 days to rectify this issue and there was no proper response to calls or messages due to his personal issues.



By July 2023 we hadn't received expected leads and we were receiving only 2 to 3 leads once in two days. Later on 4th July 2023 with his suggestion we changed the package to 90 days upfront and paid Rs. 29,000/- extra with the balance we have in the account and informed that at least we will receive 30 leads in a day.



From 4th July 2023 we are receiving only 3 to 4 leads per day over all up to date 35 leads.

Which is highly not acceptable with the budget we paid to you for this upfront package.

Even after that I have been charged ESC of Rs.8,300/- from account for the old package.



So overall experience from JUST DAIL we are not happy and request you to stop this service, kindly refund our total amount until today's date.



I am expecting a peaceful and smooth endup from JUST DAIL team.
