Good Morning,
Recently i purchased byjus subscription course for my brother which was supposed to be of live classes and even counseller told it (proofs below) but he gave recorded lectures without our consent due to which i wanted to cancel my subscription.
I even sent them mail,called them , called the counsellor but they aren't replying so that my time goes out of refund policy time limit
