I bought Vivo V3 Max mobile handset from Go Mobile authorized dealer at Rs. 25,500 including insurance & taxes on 18.06.2016. After I started installing my required software's in handset, it started giving trouble. - Screen lock code automatically stooped rejecting the code set by me. After selecting default Storage SD card, all applications saves in phone memory. Handset hangs or process is very slow even Vivo Global claims the handset V3 Max is having 4 GB RAM & 32 GB internal memory. Handset heats abnormally while using without connecting to charger.- I manager feature in Vivo V3 max shows abnormal battery consumption of very light applications. That effects the battery standby time. Vivo V3 Max is having battery capacity of 3,000 Mah. . That effects the battery standby time. Vivo V3 Max is having battery capacity of 3,000 Mah. It consumes internet data also very fast and speed is very slow in 4G sim. online support executives doesn't read the details of mail & gives fake statement that all problems have resolved, where all problems are still in my handset.
