Manipulation and to give vehicle documents, Sales man told me that car prise is 625000 rupees.

I purchased grand i10 car of 22/3/2017 to kota hundai. Sales man told me that car prise is 625000 rupees. They did not give me registration certificate til date and they did 420 with me. Car actual on road prise is 616000 rupees and total amount pay is 656000 rupees by me. I have already pay 60000 rupee as a down payment by check. my finance is 596000 rupees. the show room of kota hundai took 40000 rupees extra money by 420.
