I have bought Carlton Travel Bag (model: Explorer Black - M) from Kathmandu, Nepal on 23 April 2018. Fortunately, bag is damaged from corner. I have Contacted carlton online customer care service with Ticket ID: BBR-650-16996. I have handed over my damaged bag with copy of warranty card at Jai Bharat Bag House, Dehradun city, as per instructions received by carlton bag customer service on 30 April 2018. Jai Bharat Bag House is only shop which have authorised multi brand bags distribution and repair in Dehradun District. Thereafter, no one from carlton bag concern person like regional manager, SAARC country regional manager including Jai Bharat Bag House are entertaining/supporting my concern. I have made many calls, sent mails and following up twice per week at shop, where my damaged bag is handed over.

As per carlton bag warranty card, the bag has 3 years international warranty. I don't see any hope considering unprofessional attitude by concern carlton India operation as well SAARC region reguonal incharge attitude.

If needed, i can support with all required evidence to take action to Carlton Bag SAARC country concern person/office.

Such international brand company never support their customers after their job done.
