I have paid Rs. 499 online dated 15 march 2018 to reliance digital TV set top box against pre booking via below mentioned website: http://prebook.reliancedigitaltv.com/PreBooking/CustomerReg.aspx
till today I have not got my installation, after continuous calls and email too, I have not got a single reply. I think they are bogus. Kindly take the suitable steps in the same regards.
