NON DELIVERY OF GOODS AFTER MAKING PAYMENT

I had purchased one number of WOVEN SILK MIX SAREE BY MEENA BAZAAR (PINK COLOUR) ON 20TH MARCH 2016. My order number was IN#4065. The payment amounting to Rs.1140 was made online on same date. On 20th March I got email from Meena Bazaar confirming order booking and order receipt.
On 21st March I received another email confirming my order placement with Meena Bazaar and the subject email is to confirm my order.
On 23rd March I informed Meena Bazaar about my inability to track the ordered goods and enquired as to when will the ordered item going to be delivered.
On 23rd March, I was informed that the shipping period is 8 - 12 days and the goods is expected to be delivered by 29th March.
After frequent follow up, I was informed on 28th March that the goods has been couriered from Gurgaon and will be delivered the next day i.e. 29th March or latest by 30th March.
Upon enquiring the status of the courier on 29th, 30th & 31st, I was informed that the courier has taken the goods but they are unable to ascertain as to what is the fate of the parcel; they are trying to sort out the issue; they also assured that the goods would be reaching us. I did inform Meena Bazaar about the urgency and they kept assuring me.
On 4th April, Meena Bazaar informed me that the order has been cancelled upon my request. I would like to inform your good office that I didn't send any email requesting for cancellation of my order. Secondly if the order has been cancelled then why is it that Meena Bazaar is silent of refunding the payment. Thirdly, how can the order of a goods which is in transit gets cancelled.
The delivery period is too much by any standard and the customer service is the worst that I have encountered with any online market place.
