I bought a saree from U.P. Handicraft cottage Industries on 24.3.2016 and while selling the saree, the salesman told me that the length will be 6.3m (inclusive of blouse piece) but the length came out to be only 5.6m. when I contacted the shop over phone, they did not show any concern.
At the time of purchase, I was given a proper bill with a guarantee card guaranteeing a 5year guarantee.
This is such unprofessional behaviour on part of the shop, cheating the tourists from far away places.
I will be highly obliged if the concerned shop is suitably fined.
