My number barred and not providing itemized details of calls and sms

From 27 November 2017 my number 09981418161 has been barred by Airtel. They a saying it was done because for this number there is a DND Violation complaint and they verified it from my call / sms log. But i sure didn't do so. I am using this number for only receiving calls and sms, not using for outgoing purpose from last 3 months. I also asking for my itemized call details but they are not providing it to me by any mode email or paper. Also saying do SMS from the number 09981418161 For that. But in/ out services already blocked by airtel. How could i do that??. They know that if the details of my number will be given they may caught red handed for their wrong actions like blocking my number for false complaint.
Also everyone in airtel misguiding me every time i request for details. They are asking for justification of that work which i haven't done.

Kindly help to revoke my number and also to provide. Itemized details of my number for November month.
