Airtel not providing me xstream services

I had purchased a yearly broadband plan from Airtel on Feb 2023.
This is a yearly plan which also includes the Airtel xstream subscription for one year as well.
The plan expires Every month I am being asked to renew it every month by complaining it to customer care.
This month it has been 9th Jan and still the services have not been resumed.
I have a mail chain of 48 mails stating the same. Now I need extension of my services for the period that my pack was not working.
