We have dispatched the diwali faral parcel from dombivli to poladpur(raigad district) on 3rd november 2018 by DTDC COURIER DOMBIVLI OFFICE. (Receipt no. D46430578...)

Courier charges amounting to rs. 1700/- are paid to the courier company. While dispatching the parcel the said company told it will be delivered in 4 days, but till now it is not delivered to destination....

On enquiry with DTDC OFFICE at poladpur, dombivli, wadkal, the employees are not giving answers properly..and today wadkal office employee told that the parcel is overweight & will not be delivered to destination & in tracking id it is shown area nonserviceable(DIR).
