complaint for my refund amount 3004 which was paid by me for airtel fiber connection

i have applied for airtel fiber connection in the month of october 18th 2022. so when i was booked your connection i have paid the booking ammount cash in hand to the service provider of the company whose name is Prince Sanyal (his mob no is 8894676655). and afer some days the comapany has refuse to fix the connection there becase of some technical isses the locality the connection is not fixed there. and then i have applied for cancel the booking and refund my payment. But I have not received this refund money till date from October to December, I am facing a lot of trouble. kindally refund my money as soon as possible.
