Broadband services not coming since 4th October 2023 while annual charges paid till Jan 2024

I am not getting Airtel Xtreme fibre services since 4th October 2023. The Airtel customer care is just extending the date of resolution. Now they have mentioned the date of resolution as beyond 3 days to 13th October 2023. They are not telling what is the issue that is delaying the process. They are saying there are multiple cuts in wires laid in our area but what is taking so long they have no explanation for. Even now no workers is seen working on any pole for Airtel fibre wiring.
