5G data scam and refund scam.

I was browsing on 5G but my 4G data quota is fully exhausted and because of that I had to pay extra for data recharge.
I have done payment of my Airtel black plan but because of the bank server issue I paid it twice but in mail query Airtel said they didn’t received any amount but same time on call with the customer care they told me I have made an advance payment and now it’s been a month and they are stalling m by saying that I will receive it on that and on that day
