Not Allowed to fly even confirmed Tickets by Jet Airways

I have booked International Flight ticket from "Make my Trip " website from Mumbai to Doha through JET AIRWAYS on 14/07/2016. My Tickets were confirmed and I reached to Air line counter in time for Check IN, but Air line personnel’s did not allowed us to Check IN Saying we don’t have Transit Visa for Dhoa. I requested them that I have done E-boarding in flight and having a connected Flight from Doha to Los Angeles through Qutar AirWays hence we don’t need transit Visa as we are not going Out Side the Air port at Doha. My all requests were turned down and Jet Airways persons did not allowed us to fly on confirmed tickets.
Since it was urgent for me to go to Los Angeles due to schedule appointments so I have to book Turkish Air line from Mumbai to new york and from New york to Los Angeles through Amrican Airline. This cost me Rs 221000/-I have Copies of Tickets for all airlines
Kindly look in to the matter and give me compensation for my mental torture and my money of tickets from Jet Airways should be refunded .

I hope by complaining here will help me out of this issue.
