Respected Sir/ Madam,
I had a miserable experience and sufferings due to noncooperation and no support from Air India staff at the Delhi Airport on 8th Feb '2016. I was traveling from Gorakhpur to Riyadh.
The trauma started with the cancellation of Gorakhpur -Delhi flight at the last hours. Then I was advised on phone by AI staff to proceed to Lucknow by your own to catch the alternate flight for Delhi immediately. Since I had no choice but to reach Lucknow by own car I continued and reached there at 6.00PM. Afterthat since the next AI flight was scheduled very late so the AI staff at Lucknow airport send me by very next JetAirways flight to Delhi at 8.20PM. But since it departed too late and I could not catch my connecting flight GulfAir GF0135 at 9.30PM to Bahrain- Riyadh. In the meantime I received many calls from AI call center and sms updates about the Lucknow- Delhi flight rescheduling. When asked about my connecting Gulf air flight your staff at Lucknow told me not to worry about the Gulf Air flight if missed also as AI staff in Delhi will arrange for my travel in the next AI 925 flight scheduled at 3.00AM from Delhi to Riyadh. On that promise I continued my journey but it was my mistake to trust the versions of the AI Officials.
I Arrived at Delhi Airport at 9.40PM and when contacted AI office there was huge confusions among the staff and I was asked to wait, wait and wait for the next 3 hours and no action and support was provided. At last they refereed me to Gulf Air staff which they simply told we have no role in it and asked me to get a new ticket for next day flight. Since I cannot wait for one day for GF flight just to loose my duty and after several requests AI Duty manager asked me to buy a new tkt to board the scheduled flight at the last moment at 2.00 AM otherwise you cannot travel. In such a situation with no other options, I was forced to buy the new tkt to catch the same flight and reached Riyadh.
Now I have serious complain about the behaviour and noncooperation by AI staff, being AI the sole responsible for all my sufferings. I want my case to be addressed properly and due justice should be done on priority. Also I am a FF member of AI.

Now AI have to compensate me for:
1. Car rental for Gorakpur to Lucknow.
2. To compensate the tickets for my Delhi - Riyadh flight as a minimum.
3. Also compansate for my inconveniences and sufferings due to the above situation.
If it is not dealt properly in my favor, I will be left with no choice but to file a case with consumer court for the same.
The Flight and ticket details are as under:
1. Gorakhpur- Delhi, flight no- AI 9810,
Tkt no- 0982115567917. Flight canceled.
2. Lucknow- Delhi flight no 9W 0643, PNR- GPSPCG. Delayed by 1.50 hours.
3. Gulf Air flight GF0135 Reference- YMPZBK. Flight Missed due to late arrival of flight from Lucknow.
4. Air India Flight- AI 925, Tket No- 0982115845358C1. Bought a new ticket for travel.
Expecting AI management to look in the matter and take prompt actions and update me at the earliest.
