Harassment by indigo airlines team to myself at delhi airport.

I wish to bring to your knowledge the horrible experience and mental
harassment by indigo team to myself at delhi airport. They have unchecked me
after security check and made my boarding pass invalid ( screen shot of sms
attached).
I had to run pillar to post to get a new valid boarding pass. Flight was
delayed by 2 hours and 40 minutes. I Fell sick and had high bp ( first time
in my life) due to harassment by both call centre and ground staff of
Indigo. They provided me no help and were reluctant to even report my
complain and least bothered to call for medical help. Finally, I could
manage to speak to the duty manager of GMR Mr.Rajan Malva. He was very
co-operative and immediately called doctor and told me that he had never
heard of this kind of incident in his career that a boarding pass is
cancelled after security check. He Showed me to airport doctor who attended
me and gave medication and finally i could board the flight to kolkata. The
duty manager told Indigo staff to pay for the doctor but they refused to pay
and were making fun of me. I had to pay for doctor fees and treatment ( all
supporting's attached) .
Indigo has no answer except to be sorry.
They should be penalised so that other passengers don’t suffer like me.
Indigo should be brought to task . Please take suitable action against
indigo by concerned authorities.
