hi this complaint pertains to airlines airinida and delta airways who cheated me I am unable to select from drop down menu.
I Brought a tv from USA worth 400$ around 46 inch along with me in the flight .it was mentioned that no additional charge will be collected from me for the same but both air india and delta airways(connecting fliht)tie up booking by make my trip.com have collected additional 200$ each for the tv i.e.400$ additional plus 20000rs at the customs portal.the airindia fellow argued with me saying the website has not ben updated .please do justice for me.as I would not have bought the tv in frst place if the website did had mentioned the same.i was mercilessly fleeced by these people.
