rst of all I regret taking the flight UK988 dt.25.9.2017 from Mumbai to Delhi
though the inflight crew were very nice and tried their very best
to look after the delay in take off for more than an hour.
Secondly on landing luggage came on Belt One ,we had booked two suitcases of wt.value of 29.5 kg from Mumbai but written printed as
29 kg.
One lady passenger name:Ms.Neha Kapoor with an infantpointed the bag zippers are open and lift with care as the inner contents would fall.
To report one vistara rep.Mr.Rahul Mishra was there at the belt was least bothered and extremely rude stating to go to counter No.3 and not even directing where the same is situated.
On finding the counter we were met with Mr.Pragat Singh,Ashish Sharma, later joined by Bhavya Saxena,Raj Kumar.
The baggage was weighed and photograph taken and found lesser weight .
Despite waiting for an hour they could not give a resolution but told me to contact and write on this e mail id where it is being sent.
Items missing found at the airport itself were in presence of another passenger Mr.Ishan Arora whose one bag was also misplaced :

1.Perfume bottle Chanel chance
2.Montblanc Pen Sand Model

Please let me know when I shall be returned my items or their costs.

After this they offered me 2 buisness class tickets in lieu which were accepted but they state that I did not accept within 72 hours a Big Lie,
After continued complaints they blocked my e mail Id so I sent theu another ID and the offer was refused to economy class.

DO YOU NOT THINK IT IS UNFAIR.

Notice before filing the complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986

Sirs,

20 emails have been written and also complaint on social media.

A meeting was called by Ms.Jyoti BUT did not turn up nor called for courtesy
Stating her inability to come .

Please let me know when I shall be returned my items or their costs as what is offered verbally is written differently on e mails. #20 emails have been sent to you and Singapore Airlines your partners but no effect,meeting fixed but no one turns up.
This is the Highest Dis Regard in Service in Deliberation.
Anticipating a revert within 7 days or we are left with no choice but to approach the Consumer Court of Law.

The CEO,
With reference to our telephonic talks ,kindly revert instantly of the offer as stated offered of two business class tickets, which were accepted by us in confirmation.
A letter sent by courier to your Gurgaon and Delhi office was also sent regarding the acceptance of the offer.
But in deliberation you did not or never wanted / append to the same and now have given another downgraded offer ,which is a real big regret and shame to Vistara.

Also note once you send e mail you block my email from receiving the same.

I hope you will withdraw and give the two business class tickets as promised to forget the mishap happened during the flight which is a big misfortune to me sentimentally.

It is really sad to state that an offer made of TWO business class tickets and accepted by us as per your e mail {attached} which cleary states to call 72 hours before confirming your seat, though it is later on being twisted to mean that the offer has to be accepted within 72 hours which is really absurd and unlike Vistara trust.

The matter has been brought to the notice of:

1.Ms.Rosy Oberoi
2.Ms.Jyoti Dhingra
3.Ms.Sneha
4.Ms.Kashica Bhagat

Several mails have been sent but since they cannot answer or do not want to revert they BLOCK my email ID to evade the issue.
Letters also written and sent to the above addresses.

I hope you look into the matter personally to resolve the matter amicably and with a good thought.
